Apple Music Playlist Playground in iOS 26.4Apple Music Playlist Playground in iOS 26.4

Apple Inc. introduces Playlist Playground in the iOS 26.4 beta update. This feature allows users to create playlists using simple text prompts. Users can type any mood, idea, or theme. Then, Apple Music instantly generates a complete playlist. As a result, music discovery becomes faster and more enjoyable.

Playlist Playground produces around 25 songs for each request. Additionally, it creates a custom playlist title automatically. For example, users can enter “calm morning vibes” or “gym motivation hits.” Consequently, the system delivers relevant and accurate song selections. Apple also provides ready-made prompt suggestions for convenience. However, users can still write unique prompts freely.

Users can customize playlists anytime after creation. They can refine results using additional text prompts. Moreover, they can change the cover image and description. Therefore, each playlist feels more personal and creative. Users can also share playlists on their profile easily. As a result, friends and followers can explore them instantly.

Currently, Playlist Playground is available in the developer beta version. Users can access it from the Apple Music Library section. Meanwhile, Apple plans to release the public beta soon. Finally, the official release will arrive in spring with full availability.
